WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY:
An emergency is defined as a situation endangering life and property. The most common emergencies are water leaks, no hot water, sewer line backups, inoperative elevators and inoperative garage doors.

To report an emergency DURING business hours, dial the receptionist and explain the problem. The association manager will be contacted immediately and will return your call.

To report an emergency AFTER business hours and on weekends, call 303-671-6402, EXTENSION 7. The answering service will page the on-call association manager who will return your call.

NOTE: if you are experiencing a power outage, please call Xcel Energy at 303-623-1234 and follow the menu options for power outage information.

NOTE: if your emergency is fire or police related, call 911 before you call CPMG.
